Can we have a personalised design?
Yes, 2 of our artists are destination based can create artworks bespoke to you, whether this is based around your town/city or specific to your business. Julia Gash and Urban Illustration can create designs that include buildings, animals, nature…anything you want!
Can I mix products in my order?
Yes, as long as these meet the MOQ per product, meaning you can have a full range of 1 artist or a mix and match of all of them.
Can I see your products in person?
Yes, we exhibit at multiple trade shows and showcase each of our artists to venues across the globe! In 2022, we exhibited at Top Drawer, Maison et Objet, New York Now, the NUS show and Autumn Fair.
I live outside the UK, are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes, we ship globally and can offer both ex-works and DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) options for all of our products, just ask!
Can I receive visuals of my order before it goes to print?
If your order is bespoke, we will send you visuals to sign off before we proceed with bulk production, we will not print anything without your confirmation first.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes, throughout your buying experience you will be assigned an account manager who can answer your questions and ensure you have a seamless experience. We have a small team, so for any reason, your account manager is not available (i.e. annual leave), your enquiry will be picked up by another AM on the same day.
Can we use our own EAN barcode numbers?
Yes, each product has a generic barcode, however, if you need specific numbers to work with your EPOS system, just let us know and we can ensure your swing tags are updated with your own codes.
Can we add additional branding to the products?
Yes, we can discuss this with our artists and design your packaging to include your branding/legal text if necessary, this tends to be popular with heritage sites or companies who have set brand guidelines.
Can we have credit terms?
Yes, as standard we work pre-payment for your first order, after this, 30-day credit terms can be applied for by filling out our credit application form and subject to a credit check, we can offer these going forward for returning customers.
